It seems Dr. Karl was a victim of political maneuvers recently when supporting the 'Intergenerational Report' and has now made a public statement saying that he was promised it would not be 'politically biased' report.

"I thought that people would know the difference between a report and a policy document.
"And this actually, as a report, seems to have some policy in it."
